General BUG - unable to reorder Feedstuff and Pens in FL app 3.XX version

Update 28.10. 2024 - still not working in the 3.16 version
Update 23.10.24, still not working in app, can not move below pens:
In the FL app,
Rations- order of feedstuff can't be changed.
Feed plans- order of pens can't be changed.
Please fix asap.

Also after changing animal numbers on a Feedplan,
the Difference will only update if they go out of the feedplan and come back again.
in the 3.06 update
Rations- order of feedstuff, works.
Feed plans- order of pens can't be changed.

Is this still being looked into? In the latest app version, 0.3.12. I can't adjust the order of the pens for a feedplan. I can move the order of ingredients for a ration, but it does take some effort. It still doesn't seem as smooth as it was before.
