In cowconnect contractors are able to see the time report for every customer and every day, for any given period.
For example the time report for July 2024 in cowconnect: The time spent is visible day by day. This way they can easily find any outliers.
Feedlync's time reports only displays the total amount of time spent at a customer for a given period. There are 2 things wrong with this:
1. We know the data is available, otherwise a total couldn't be calculated. But there is not even a dropdown available, to see the day by day. A contactor can only see the day by day, by selection a period of one day. To check a whole month, a contractor has to do this around 30 times. And even than he does not get a clear overview, as he did in cowconnect's time report.
2. Even if a dropdown was available, the day by day dropdown cannot be downloaded as a csv or pdf.
